If you forget to sign out from a machine you don't want to leave a running session on (for example, your friend's laptop), you can use the following commands to list and remove any current log-in sessions. To end your session and delete this access key, execute the following command: appcenter logout When you sign in from the CLI, your access key persists to disk for the duration of your session so that you don't have to sign in every time you attempt to access your account. You're now successfully authenticated and can safely close your browser window.Īnytime you want to check if you're already logged in, you can run the following command to display the e-mail address for your current authentication session, your username, and your display name: appcenter profile list It will generate an access key to copy-paste into the CLI (it will prompt you for it). This command will launch a browser window asking you to authenticate with either your GitHub or Microsoft account. You can do this by executing the following command: appcenter login Most commands within the App Center CLI require authentication, so before you can begin managing your account, sign in using the GitHub or Microsoft account you used when registering. After registering, you're automatically logged in with the CLI, so until you explicitly log out, you don't have to sign in again from the same machine.
